Sheer randomness. 
Music is a big part of my life, and I'm obsessed with animals too, so I thought hey why not mix them together? I've been meaning to do one of these for a long time - I actually found this a lot easier than I thought I would, so I might try a more detailed one in the future.
If you're currently learning how to read music, don't take this picture seriously. I arranged the musical symbols to look like an elephant, they mean nothing the way they are set. Just thought I'd give you the heads up. XD
